Students that come from out of town can enjoy the proximity of many fun things to do in New Jersey and New York.

Raceway Park, Englishtown, NJ

This is a racetrack on weekends and also a big place for car shows and swap meets. Get away for the weekend and check out the hottest customized cars and bikes.

Six Flags Great Adventure

A huge amusement park with roller coasters, Water Park, safari and much more. There are many places to eat and live shows you can catch. Get away on one of your weekends and go on a Six Flags Adventure with other class mates.

Hurricane Harbor

The water amusement park extension of Six Flags. Stay cool in the summer and visit Hurricane Harbor and the many pools and waterslides.

Meadowland Stadium

This is where you can watch local NJ & NY Teams play. Catch either a game of football or hockey depending on the season. Many fairs and concerts are scheduled in the summer. Easy access by public transportation.

Atlantic City

You can walk the boardwalk, go to the beach, eat at a restaurant, visit the casinos, and enjoy a concert, boxing, or car show event. Easy access by public transportation.

Times Square, NYC

Visit the heart of NYC. You can catch a Broadway Show, eat at an international restaurant, visit a club, or just walk around and shop in the middle of the city. For the past century, Times Square has been a Mecca for music and the arts. Easy access by public transportation.

Madison Square Garden

Visit the world’s most famous arena in the capital of the world, NYC. Get tickets and watch local sports team play or a live concert. Easy access by public transportation.

Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island

Visit this tourist attraction on a weekend off from school.

Central Park, NY

Visit the biggest city park. Ride a bike or your car, roller blade, ice skate in the winter, and much more. Get away in the weekend for free events. Easy access by public transportation.
